Each day there is plenty of time to relax on the beaches or enjoy a swim in the crystal blue waters. In the evening, enjoy being treated to a wonderful meal with NZ beers and wine available from the bar.
This fully guided overnight option allows you to experience the unique coastal paradise from Marahau to Onetahuti, including the habitats of our coastal wildlife with NZ Fur Seals & coastal birdlife as a highlight. At the end of day two return by scenic water taxi back to Marahau.

The Abel Tasman National Park is one of the most popular marine areas and parks in New Zealand. Regarded as an excellent introduction to kayak and trek holidays, the mild climate and easy to negotiate track and coastline make this a most popular adventure. The area is distinguished for its golden sand beaches, tranquil and secluded bays and safe waters. Starting with a transfer from Nelson to Awaroa, the trip travels from Awaroa to Marahau over three or five days spending nights at Homestead Lodge in Awaroa and at Torrent Bay Lodge. During this kayak and trek there is plenty of time to swim in the sparkling blue waters, walk, kayak, take the dinghy for a row or go fishing. The Abel Tasman National Park Kayak and Trek will either begin or finish with a splendid scenic launch cruise along the coastline. A light day pack is provided for lunch, snacks, camera etc. Each day luggage will be transported by water taxi.

The Bay of Islands has over 140 islands. It is the most historic part of New Zealand and has some of the most beautiful scenery. There is no better way to enjoy this magnificent Maritime Marine Reserve than by sea kayak. Offering some of the best ocean sea kayaking in New Zealand, in sheltered waters you will explore the rugged coastlines, visiting many of the islands the Bay is renowned for. A camping and kayak trip based on Urupukapuka Island allows you time to appreciate the marine and bird life and gives plenty of time for relaxation, snorkeling, swimming, fishing and bush walks.

The Marlborough Sounds with its endless maze of waterways is a great sea kayaking destination. Paddling these waters you will gain confidence while learning the rhythm of the sea as well as advanced kayaking skills, enabling you to "feel" the history and beauty of this unspoilt wilderness. This three day adventure begins with a water taxi transfer from Picton to historic Ship Cove in the outer reaches of the Queen Charlotte Sound. Explore the area and its history, flora and fauna. Plentiful marine bird and fish species live in the Sound and you will experience these along with the opportunity of seeing rare native birds such as the South Island saddleback and South Island robin.

This is the best way to see the Marlborough Sounds - by paddle and on foot. Enjoy 2 days kayaking through this maze of delightful waterways then enjoy 2 gentle days walking on the Queen Charlotte Sound Walkway. At the end of your walk while returning to Picton by water taxi, you will enjoy a fascinating eco-tour of Motuara Island and experience the excitement as you search for possible dolphin sightings.
The Marlborough Sounds encompasses 20% of New Zealand's total coastline, and this fully guided and lodge accommodated tour provides the opportunity to explore this magnificent environment, unique for its stunning coastline, historical landmarks, and variety of wildlife and native bush. The ultimate way to experience the Sounds. Travel the length of the Queen Charlotte Track, one day walking through the most historic area of the Sounds, with virgin bush, over saddles and magnificent views from the ridge top. One day sea kayaking stopping at tranquil beaches and maybe encountering the delightful Dolphins frolicking and playing in the clear warm waters. One day mountain biking taking the scenic route or hill climb as you travel through stunning native bush, glimpse magical water views.
